We are a call-only dispatch line. Nothing on this website creates a service agreement. Service begins only when you call, speak with us, and agree to a plan and price with the plumber.
Informational content only
The articles, checklists and guides on this site are general information to help you understand plumbing problems. They are not a substitute for a licensed plumber's on-site assessment.
Every home is different. A tip that fits one house may be wrong for another, so use the information as a starting point and ask a licensed plumber to look at your actual pipes, fixtures and equipment before you act on it.
Prices
This site does not publish prices. Price depends on the access, the parts, the condition of existing pipes and what the plumber finds on site.
Prices are confirmed on the call or at the property before work starts. You are not obligated to proceed until you have heard the price and agreed to it.
Emergency guidance
If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 first. Then call PG&E at 1-800-743-5000. Do not use this website to decide what to do in a gas emergency, and do not wait for a plumber.
For fire, injury, electrical shock or any life-threatening situation, call 911. Our shutoff and safety steps are general guidance and cannot cover every situation.
Licensed professionals
The plumbers we line up are licensed plumbers. You can check any plumber's licence with the Contractors State License Board. We encourage you to do so for any contractor who enters your home.

This site links to outside sources, including EBMUD, Central San, PG&E and the Contractors State License Board. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other site.
Using the site
